Our Founder

Sharpen Cleaning Agency was founded by Gary Bagley, a results-driven executive with a strong background in operations, sales leadership, and organizational management. Gary began his leadership career at just 17 years old and has since built over a decade of experience across sales, management, and corporate strategy.

Throughout his career, Gary has held leadership roles including Sales Manager, General Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing. He has consistently ranked as a top performer, placing in the top 5% across organizations such as American Express, Wells Fargo, and Indeed. His professional experience also includes serving as an Inclusion Group Leader across multiple business units, reinforcing his commitment to equity, accountability, and high-performing teams.

In addition to leading Sharpen Cleaning Agency, Gary works as a corporate specialist for a major investment firm, supporting enterprise-level initiatives and complex operational systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Business Administration, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Gibson and Lamborghini. He is passionate about traveling, exploring new restaurants, attending live music events, and discovering new shows and films. A lifelong learner, Gary enjoys reading and writing and is always seeking opportunities to sharpen his skills—both personally and professionally.

Chief Operating Officer

Savanah Muntean serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sharpen Cleaning Agency, bringing a strategic mindset, executive-level communication skills, and a strong focus on operational excellence. She leads with intention, helping ensure that internal systems, team workflows, and business operations support scalable growth and long-term success.

A proven leader and visionary, Savanah oversees key operational functions and guides teams including Business Operations Admins and Communications Specialists. She is known for her ability to think big, execute with focus, and drive results while maintaining a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Outside of work, Savanah is a proud mom of three, a pet lover, and enjoys puzzles, Netflix binges, TikTok scrolling, and developing creative ideas that advance organizational impact. Her leadership reflects a commitment to growth, initiative, and empowering teams to excel.

Business Operations Manager

Danny Shurik serves as Business Operations Manager at Sharpen Cleaning Agency, overseeing internal operations, team workflows, and day-to-day processes that support scalable growth and organizational efficiency. He is known for his problem-solving skills, reliability, and ability to take ownership of complex operational priorities.

Danny works closely with leadership to ensure that operations align with strategic goals, providing the structure and oversight necessary for teams to perform at their best. His focus on clarity, execution, and operational excellence strengthens the organization’s foundation and long-term sustainability.

Brand Manager

Kiara Laventure supports organizations and leadership teams in clarifying their message, strengthening their presence, and building systems that foster trust, consistency, and long-term impact. With over seven years of experience across wellness, lifestyle, service-based, and community-driven organizations, her work centers on aligning values, communication, and execution, especially in spaces where care, dignity, and responsibility matter.

Her approach blends strategic clarity with creative fluency, helping teams translate vision into messaging, workflows, and structures that are sustainable and usable as organizations grow. Kiara is particularly skilled in trust-based environments, working with sensitive audiences and mission-led teams that value discernment, integrity, and thoughtful communication.

She brings a formal background in advertising and public relations from the University of Tampa, alongside early technical and design training that informs her systems-oriented, business-aware perspective.
